Housed in a wonderful 19^th-century building, the Hotel La Manufacture is one of the most pleasant hotels in the capital. The creative minds responsible for the soft, natural colours and the careful attention to detail are part owner Bobette Compagnon, and a former colleague of the well-known British designer David Hicks.

With oak floorboards, lamps especially-made in Spain, a collection of brightly-coloured paintings by local artist Alberto Cont, wicker chairs, cotton rugs, wooden furniture and baskets of flowers, Hotel La Manufacture really is a feast for the eyes.The elegant minimalist decor of Hotel La Manufacture can be seen in every one of its fifty-seven rooms. Although small, the bedrooms make up for what they lack in size with incomparable cosiness. They are equipped with everything that one would expect from a good, modern hotel including telephone, air-conditioning and satellite television. The spacious bathrooms are decorated in immaculate white and contain bath or shower, sink, hair-dryer and WC. The pretty, very individual rooms are charmingly decorated in delicate colours and include white bedspreads, arm chairs and chapeau de gendarme armoires. Recently, this hotel has obtained a well merited star to become a fine 3 star hotel.
